NMBC-Catalog-1
The New Mexico Book Co-op has produced a catalog of New Mexico books. It is available online here. Please note that as this is a 2.6 MB file it may take a few moments to download, especially if you are on a dial-up service (it takes approximately 15 seconds at cable or DSL speeds and considerably longer at dial-up speeds). This catalog is being mailed to all libraries and bookstores in New Mexico. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE NM BOOK CO-OP BOOK CATALOG.

The Co-op organized the highly successful
New Mexico Books & More holiday store that sold over 5,500 local books in 2004 and 2005; the 2005 New Mexico Book Fiesta, which featured over 215 publisher/author exhibitors; the Chama Book Fair in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008; the Book Fair at St. Johns Cathedral in Albuquerque; and a series of seminars on book marketing and copyright. We also were a sponsor of the New Mexico State Library Literary Passion Lecture Series, which featured local authors and publishers.

We invite any individuals actively engaged in publishing and authoring books to join any of our activities; there are no membership dues!

The New Mexico Book Co-op received the
2005 Book In Hand Award from the New Mexico Book Association for significant contribution to bookselling in New Mexico.
