How to get your books into the eStore:

eStore is
now the largest catalog of local books anywhere. We have
over 300 local books featured. Are your books listed? If
not, go to
Marketplace
and see what we
are talking about. To get on the list,
email us the
information noted below.
The National Book Festival is coming up in Washington, DC,
next week and, thanks to assistance from the New Mexico
State Library, the Co-op will be one of the featured
organizations at the DC festival. They expect over 100,000
visitors at the one-day book festival. Co-op literature on
the eStore will be available as hand-outs.

New Mexico Book Co-op eStore to Feature All Types of NM
Products
The
Co-op
eStore is open to
anyone who has produced any NM products, including authors
or publishers of any books written or published in or about
New Mexico. All products displayed must be of an
appropriate nature. The eStore will not get any income from
the sale of these products.
Fee: The cost to
include up to five (5) items/titles at one time is $10
(one-time fee). The fee is $10 for each submission after
the first five (5) items/titles and can include up to an
additional five (5) items/titles. There is no charge to
delete an item from the eStore list.
Terms: The Book
Co-op will post your items/books on the co-op website in
the Marketplace section where customers can browse and
purchase books and other New Mexico products. The seller
will handle all shipping/fulfillment of orders. The co-op
will handle all credit card processing, tax reporting, and
communication with the customer. Co-op reserves the right
to reject any items deemed inappropriate to the desired
audience.
Participants agree to the following:
1) Sellers
will receive the 90% of the amount of the sale (see #5
below).
2) Co-op will
email the appropriate seller when orders come in; seller
will ship all items in the order within four (4) days of
receipt of the email order.
3) Seller must
ship items with some type of tracking to guarantee delivery
– USPS Priority Mail, USPS Book Rate, USPS Media Mail, and
UPS Ground (UPS includes up to $100 insurance free with
every shipment) fulfill the tracking needs. Seller will be
responsible for replacement of any damaged or lost
shipments. Any problems with shipping are the sole
responsibility of the seller. Sellers will be paid an
amount for shipping. Seller should keep records of tracking
information and shipping costs.
4) Seller must
email Co-op when the shipment has been made so that the
customers can be contacted. The email must include tracking
# and shipping cost.
5) Co-op will
pay seller once the seller confirms that the order has been
shipped; Seller will be paid 90% of the price of the
item(s) plus monies for shipping..
6) If shipping
of orders is not accomplished within four (4) days,
participation in the eStore may be terminated.
Sellers who wish to participate will need to provide the
following:
1) tiff or
jpeg scan of each item/book cover -- email preferred; a
professional photograph or an actual bookcover can be
mailed
2) text
information for each item emailed to coop organizer
