Mother's Day Book Fair, Eldorado

The New Mexico Book Co-op and the New Mexico Book Association have teamed together to sponsor the Mother’s Day Book Fair at the shops at the Village at Eldorado, on the east side of Santa Fe on Saturday, May 10 from 10am to 3pm. The Mother’s Day Book Fair will feature authors and publishers from all across New Mexico. The book fair will be held indoors in the shops at the Village at Eldorado (there are two buildings) on Caliente Road and Avenida Vista Grande across from the supermarket just off U.S. 285. Participants can provide their own tables and chairs or they can be provided by the fair sponsors. In addition to the Book Fair, there will be a Growers Market and music and entertainment outdoors. The Vista Grande Public Library will be involved in the promotion for the event. The fee to participate in this book fair is $20 if you provide you own table (6-foot max.) and chairs; it is $30 if you want the sponsors to provide the table (6-foot) and two chairs. There are also a few tables that are smaller and they are available at $25 for a 40-inch round table (with 1 chair) or $20 for a 1-foot x 2-foot table (with 1 chair); these smaller tables are perfect to display one or two books. If you provide your own 6-foot table or get one from the fair sponsors you may share with one other author/publisher. Space will be assigned for tables in advance based on when you submit your reservation. All monies generated from the fees will be used to promote the book fair.
FEES:
$30 for each 6-foot table
$25 for the 40-inch rounds
$20 for the 1x2 squares
$20 if you bring your own tables/chairs
