PrimeTime 50+ Expo

PrimeTime Magazine is holding an expo for seniors 50 and older. They will have health screenings as well as several special events in conjunction with the expo. The Book Co-op will have a book booth at the show.
SPACES FOR BOOK RESERVATIONS ARE LIMITED!!!!!
1. Reservations are $10 for each title to display.
2. You provide 10 copies of a title and your phone number in case your title sells well — we need to call you ASAP to bring more. Do not deliver more than 10 copies. Books must be stickered with the price on the back. If your book has the price imprinted on the back cover DON'T COVER IT UP! Have the sticker next to it. WE HIGHLY ADVISE A MINIMAL DISCOUNT! There is an economy problem and if the sticker is next to the "real" price then customers think there is a deal! Books sell if they are discounted! Don't use permanent stickers -- some people like to remove them after the book is sold. Removable labels are available at Staples or Office Depot. Include an invoice will your book delivery -- include name, address, phone and email as well as the title of each book, the quantity of copies delivered and the price you want it sold at. Remove all books from shrink wrap so the public can look through you book.
3. Books must be family friendly! Gardening, novels, kids, history, art, travel, and cookbooks books if you have it!
4. All books may be delivered/dropped off on Wednesday, March 18, or Friday, March 20 at 925 Salamanca NW, Los Ranchos between 11am and 2pm or on Saturday, March 21 at Embassy Suites between 7:30am and 8:30am. We cannot accept any deliveries once the show opens on Saturday. All books will be available for pick up on Sunday, March 22 at 925 Salamanca NW, Los Ranchos between 11am and 2pm. If books are not picked up they will be donated to the local library.
5. Checks to each author will be mailed the week after the event. You keep 100% of what the book sells for EXCEPT if any of your books are sold by credit card then there is 3.5% taken out of that sale. Tax is charged on top of the sale and paid for by the Co-op. It is the law and they check -- that is why we have to have a license!
Due to space limitations there will not be any book signings.
